Why did the Kael FTE rules change?

Added rules to the kael part:
Any guild that teams up for AoW cannot have more than the max number of trackers (2) and racers (4) combined before Statue pops until after the 20 minute FTE lockout has expired.
Any Statue concessions are binding to the AoW they spawn.

"SO this rule set says you can only have 6 people past the race line untill the 20 min AoW lock out is expired...."


Re raceline :
Only (2) trackers and (4) racers from each guild are allowed past the raceline until FTE goes out. All other players must remain behind the line.

"This rule set means only 6 people past the race line till I am guessing Statue FTE goes out"

The only exception to this rule are people turning in quest heads to King Tormax, or people running across the zone who declare themselves to be "passing through" in ooc/shout
