Speaking from an SK perspective, not all but most rewards got buffed. Amulet of the sphinx eye became sphinx eye amulet. Crimson ring of the djinni was originally crimson djinni ring, obtenebrate mithril guard was obtenebrate metal guard. Blood sky faceplate and peqrlescent pauldrons were unchanged I believe. Khylorn was Rheumguls. They changed after Kunark release I believe but I don't have evidence of when that actually occured. Some of the original rewards are hard to trick down from quick Google search
