You can have universal healthcare if you want it to be generally shitty, you can have privatized healthcare if you want to cure cancer and shit. Nobody is 100% happy with the available systems. If you have a coherent utopian solution that incentivizes doing the insanely demanding multi-decade work and possessing the unfathomable personal discipline and sacrifice that goes into becoming a good doctor, while that labor is also freely available to every citizen, please tell me what that looks like.
