Yea, that would be super cool. Letting players grief each other to no end is how Red99 has almost no pop. A dead server would be so cool. You should go play on that one.

You're comparing apples to oranges
You can't PVP on Green server
Getting trained mid fight will only make your guild stronger long term unless you are a bunch of pussies with no skills
Plus when you handle things with +train it makes the victory all the more sweeter
