Perfect! Thanks for the info everyone!

I have watched to see if the swords proc and I have not seen any. Looks like it got patched like Tann said.

One thing I noticed is Staff of Symbols only has one charge. This is on blue by the way. Im pretty sure it should have 4 on blue.
