Explanation:
Project 1999 has strict rules against boxing which is why they only allow 1 account per IP to connect at a time. It's part of what keeps P99 a more healthy long lasting environment.

Solution:
In order for yourself and wife to play simultaneously you'll need to apply for an IP Exemption.

They are completed in batches by volunteer staff, so you may have to wait several days if the last batch was done recently.
