Again, pay attention. You're mixing the words 'beating' with 'reasonable and appropriate' as if they're the same thing. I made the distinction because they are not. You're trying to devalue my use of 'reasonable and appropriate' to the level of physical abuse, and that's just not correct. The two are mutually exclusive.



The reference was from The Breakfast Club, it was meant to simply illustrate the difference between what I'm talking about and what he's trying to make it sound like I'm talking about.

It sounds like you're trying really hard to justify beating your kids, but nobody is buying it, no matter how many times you ask us to "keep up". But go on and ask us to "keep up" some more.
