No "Target" Window in Windowed Mode

I've run across an interesting issue where somehow my "Target" window when I'm playing in windowed mode, but only on one character. Now one would think I just misplaced the window but for the life of me I can't find it anywhere onscreen. The target window does come back in full screen.

Is there a command to reset the UI without having to really jack stuff up?

***Took the easy way out and just deleted .ini files and re-did my layout***

I believe in-game if you use alt+o and choose the "load UI" option you can either check or uncheck a box to "preserve window locations" - that should reset any windows you've moved off-screen back to a visible location.

Not sure if you get that box via /loadskin command, but maybe someone can correct me.

I've had to change resolution sizes, then move the target window. Then go back to the desired resolution and move the target window again.

I think that if you reload your UI (/load) and don't check the preserve layout box, you'll get the same effect.
