No this is great. The feds will just print more money to make up the federal shortfall, and then they'll print more money to give to the states except they will expect lots of sloppy blowjobs in return. So the end result of this Chinese conspiracy will be a strengthening of the federal government at the expense of the states and in a quid pro quo Winne the Pooh can continue to run his concentration camps.
