Login server down?

Have half a dozen or so people in guild with this issue at the moment

I was moving some spells around in my spellbook and noticed that it was taking very long for this to occur. Checking the latency showed that there was some packet loss occurring. I tried to gate to commonlands and the game just froze in the Loading Please Wait...phase. Now if I try to log back in there are no servers available.

Looks like some sort of regional network outage. I am unable to log in unless I VPN to a different location. It seems to be affecting the mid-west.

Same thing here in Pacific Northwest. Even my wife playing back on the Daybreak servers is having connection issues.
