Depends on what you are fighting. For grouping, AC tends to be better. If you are raid tanking, HP will be better.
Something more in the middle would be https://wiki.project1999.com/Collar_of_the_Storm , It has close to the same AC, but a lot more HP due to the +7 sta. That should net you 57HP at level 60. The resistances are very nice too. People selling the https://wiki.project1999.com/Helssen...smatic_Trinket should also be able to get you the collar instead.
