This fixed that problem, I had my full screen width/height same as my windowed.

Excited to try it out, but issue still persists, zoned into nek foreign and froze, alt entered, and got full screen black, got into windowed, windowed black then alt entered again and ResetDevice() failed. Also I dont use wineq because it's more trouble than it solves for me.

Here is my VideoMode section. Both are set to my desktop resolution:

I also run my shortcut to Everquest in Windows 10 with the following setup:
