Me too. I was able to login while tethered but my signal is awful where I am. Can't play on that. I imagine this can't be a p99 specific thing.

I am also having the same issue. Also located in TX. Is there any reasonable solution to getting onto the game?

Apart from changing your ISP? Not anything that can be done on your end. We'a re at the mercy of lightower. I'm on ATT.
