Sound Issues on fresh install

I noticed that if I ran the game through Duxa All in One, fresh install and everything, it would bring the sound back. However, the moment I get to character selection I get would get a spell files error. When I extracted the game files from the current patch file on the "Welcome" page it would repeat the same initial problem as before!
