Sorry for not providing this earlier. Right now on P99 he drops 1 shell guaranteed, but cannot drop a second shell piece as one of his two loot drops.

A second shell piece should be possible as one of his two item drops.

This was specifically called out in the OP 2+ years ago:

Lodizal

Number of Items Dropped:
2 Items + Lodizal Shell + Iceclad Map + Up to 4 Spells

Special Rules:
First Shell drop is 100% chance.
All items can drop at least twice (including Lodizal’s shell), perhaps can be 3 drops but not seen.
Icelcad map cannot have duplicates.

Just a guess, but a mass dump of data could be overwhelming to analyze. Perhaps a separate bug post per mob should be created and linking the OP as evidence (the specific guild site drops are linked in the date file on the spreadsheet)
