DuxaUI: UIError - Could not find child V~.bel in window TargetWindow

I've been trying to eliminate my crashes via uierrors, but this one has me stumped. Any tips?

I cant see anything related to V~.bel in EQUI_TargetWindow, maybe it's a temp variable? No idea how UIs work or what a .bel file is...
