I want to understand you better. If you go into a zone and see a corpse do you leave because the zone musta been camped by that person? Do you see if they're online and then send a tell to ask if you are allowed to kill the full pop in front of you? Help me understand how to fit in.

As long as the person who died doesn't suffer any consequences for it you're good to go!
