Miscellaneous: Magician and Necro pets shouldn't grow in size or change colour until October 1999

Yes all pets should be the same size. There are a few screenshots provided for reference on the mage pets. From the screenshots I believe all necro pets were roughly the same size as a decaying skeleton and were white all the way up to 49.

This is one of those cosmetic things that is probably low-ish priority but is also a fairly straightforward data fix I would think.
