Use a free VPN and see if it helps.
Sometimes gateways between your modem and P99 have capacity issues and drop lots of packets. Doesn't affect most modern protocols because they expect packet loss or use TCP which auto corrects, but most of EQ uses UDP and also deals with packet loss pretty poorly. VPN usually puts you on a different routing which can bypass the shitty gateway. Worth trying. | ||
