40+ leveling spots

Felwithe guards seems a little tricky pre 50 for XP just because of their annoying cast patterns.

As far as full groups go - not sure many will full group 40+ since the XP is just so damn slow but 40+ any city that has blue guards is pretty duo-able. or trio-able.

Kedge is great though. 2nd Floor is mostly blues to 49 so you can do those spawns and even cauldronboil's room isn't far away with 4-5 blues.

Grobb guards is a hidden gem, great ZEM, great number of mobs you just need to master the pulls and learn their social aggro patterns. Lull or Harmony helps alot.

Oggok while boring is great 40+ (again not for a full group)

I don't know if there is any confirmation that swirlspines drop haste belts anyways, also they are level 51. I guess a full group with the right kind of pulls could get them for XP.
