Hi Slozem,

the target audience is the casual player which does not focus on guild raids.

I only will speak for myself: personally I am not here "to share an international experience". I am here to play Everquest :-) I dont have any problems to chat english and on live servers I already was in such an euro guild. But ten years later I cant spend 3+ hours two or three evenings for raids any longer so I consider myself as casual group player. Based on this I dont need a large guild. I prefer a small, but familar guild of native speakers.
