Your guildie making a deal, you know a contract to sell something, then harassing others to get the cash, only to sell it to someone else is yes, ripping them off. To get into lawyering, well because I know what I am talking about since I have the same conversations with judges, this would be a standard contract breach, ie ripping someone off.
