Great service, great person!
Taught me about the zone and more importantly how to improve my game play as an enchanter. When my only job was to sit there and do nothing, I still managed to wipe us with a newb move. Not only was he professional about it, he was encouraging. I'm now a proud new owner of a Neriad Shawl along with some extra loot he gifted me just for being present.
