Yet my assumption (since you posted this thread) is that you sit there in silence gritting your teeth. Next time, turn around to her and inform her that the entire class thinks she's a dunce, and that she should "probably stop talking."

You face a stark choice . . .stop being passive aggressive, and tell her to quit being a moron. Or, hate in silence and forever listen to her idiot babbling.

Hopefully I won't ever have to see her again after today. She's a grad student and I'm an undergrad so our paths rarely cross.
