Does racial hide allow DF belt turn ins for a DE SK?

Should be fine with the FP militia turn in as the other person said. The guards shouldn't be KOS (although they might be dubious, not sure if that would prevent the turn in but I don't think so). For DEs, FP is more of a worry if you're trying to walk around other areas of the city past the gate/militia house.
