How is server merge going to work with accounts?

Server Merge - The staff has had considerable discussion internally regarding the merging of Green into Blue at the end of the timeline. We've heard your concerns. This is the most recent official release on the announcement section of forums(look under green trailer), I will try to find where it went further stating it wouldn’t be happening at all. Green/teal will start over at end of timeline and a new green will start merging into original Green/teal as much has been said by a GM somewhere just have to find it.

If you have that it would be good to know I think a decent portion of the community expects or wants a merge with blue.
