The Democratic party is split between business democrats and democratic socialists; the party is going to be reformed within the next decade. The small farmers and union workers the party was once a champion of have been left behind.
My hopes of a viable party that supports both social and economic freedom are dwindling, and I will probably never live to see that day. | ||
