Mez spells have mem blur component. it doesn't work every time. sometimes it does, especially if you do it more than once.

Oic. Thanks for explaining that to me. So if the memory blur of mez activates on a mob at any point you lose your credit towards damage output ? That majorly sucks, unless you are trying to exploit it.

I guess I will be great at powerleveling people. Should this occur again, I will report it as a rule violation for ksing.
