The reason this was done is extremely apparent if you've seen what these idiots do, even in blackburrow.

Reckless, passive aggressive, toxic and incredibly greedy. They rely on item recharging to trivialize content which lasted maybe a few days on live once discovered by staff.

A far cry from the good natured, content solving (without sploits) blue servers I played on where things were actually rotated (even on red between non Kos guilds) instead of 5am on a weekday bat phones to gear 4th string alts.

Hopefully Green will be better and guild leaders will step up to create an environment where the guilds don't hate each other with such intensity that they don't wish drug addiction relapses on each other and racing to wake sleeper and deny the entir community in the process.

You don't need FTE shouts and a phonebook of nonsense rules that still result in insanity/problems/honey potting staff members. You just need what blue has claimed itself to be over red. A nontoxic raid scene.
This problem was solved a couple decades ago by clever game designers who realized that it makes no sense to have content consumable by only one entity when there are many entities playing, it's called instancing.
