Reading comprehension is a real thing. This game is very obviously not balanced but that is not the topic of discussion. The topic of discussion is inappropriate itemization for a fresh server. No class should be able to get powerful weapons at level 1 solo and do so with no monetary cost. The only reason no one cares is because it’s PAL only.

The “it’s Classic” argument also isn’t legitimate because tons of other classic elements aren’t in the game (necro charm for example). No one in 1999 knew anything about going to OOT on a level 1 for this quest anyways.
Sounds like you're mad because you think the weapon is overpowered for the level the quest can be done at. Seems like a balance issue to me. Some classes have better quests available early on than others. Some classes also have to deal with a 40 percent xp penalty among other disadvantages.

I don't think it's realistic to expect the people running the server to tweak the quests or remove some of them to make them somehow more fair or equal for all the classes/races.

I seriously can’t tell if you’re a troll but I’ll bite lol.

The people running this server have done exactly what you’re saying is unrealistic. They have tweaked many quests. Some of those aren’t even classic changes, such as nerfing quest exp.

No one is mad and there is nothing wrong with the item. It’s also not an issue of interclass balance or fairness. This is an issue of progression for paladins on a PROGRESSION server, where low level items are no longer viable when they should be.

Are you trolling?

"No class should be able to get powerful weapons at level 1 solo and do so with no monetary cost. "

I think that can be interpreted to mean you have an issue with the fairness of a paladin getting such a powerful weapon at lower levels. It's hardly a leap to come to that conclusion.

Tweaking xp on a quest is a far cry from the sort of adjustments to quests you seem to want.
