It lets a druid or a cleric trade HP for mana in ways they otherwise could not do. It is not as effective as a shaman or necromancer in this, but it helps meaningfully.

Only works in non kunark and non velious zones.

For wizard it gives them temporary extra mana pool but they can't recover the HP like a druid or cleric can, so it is not as significant at all.

Wizards with their Epic get free infinite Mana Stone cast and they get a staff that allows free infinite nektulous port. For the price of a gate full mana. They are the best Mana Stone users
