The Shissar NPCs are kicking in these logs. The only full-snake model NPC I've found kicking are Plane of Storms Krendic slitherers. In fact Sony seemed to have removed kick from most snakes long before that patch note; Vilefang and entropy serpents are not kicking and are only bashing for example.
September 2006 is the month that the Serpent's Spine expansion launched, which has a lot of snakes in it. I believe that patch note was referring to the snakes in that expac more so than other NPCs. | ||
