Green rogues: how is it?

Ah okay, so for melee it goes Rogue>Monk>War by the time some gear starts happening. Not necessarily by the time Kunark or Velious hits?

I appreciate the feedback.

edit: I assume the difference between all of them is only 20% or so anyways. I'm a melee noob.
