Kill stealing out of control

The thing that bothered me the most was that someone would be afk sitting in the open on a noobie area "spawn", like a scarab or a skeleton, the mob would be up, they wouldn't be killing it, so I assume they're just a noob getting health/mana back. I attack the mob and then the person stands up "DUDE!" "DON'T STEAL MY ****'n MOBS!" "YOU POS ****"

Lol. It appears the launch of Green coupled with the insane move to get rid of exp quests and keeping exp penalties in place has pissed everyone off.
