Kaladim bone chips

I am level three and turned in 120 bone chips and it did not even get me to level 4 [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Seems like this is off to me.

I wonder if these quests have been lowered in exp only for the duration of the increases spawn rates?

How did you get 6 stacks of bone chips and didn't go from level 3 to level 4 by the kill experience alone?

I was grouped with a friend. There were so many people in Steamfont that we just camped a static spawn of decaying skeletons. Also I bought some off of merchants.

Even if not for bone chips, decaying skeles drop armor, weapons (including cracked staves!), and bags. It's silly NOT to go for them if possible.
