was wondering how these were viewed back in the day. my view is if they were unintended errors that were bannable for using even in classic, yeah I'd say forget em

but why are they there? are they easter eggs? or intended otherwise? the fact that they appeared to produce a text message leads me to think they were errors and not in anyway attached to lore in some weird eq way...

still i wouldnt call someone who uses these an 'exploiter' in the same way I would a guy pulling mobs to bugged pathing or abusing an infinite plat glitch or something else egregious

They were considered "actionable" exploits, like getting enemies stuck in a pathing spot and nuking them. Never heard of anyone getting punished for them though.
