Miscellaneous: No blue line in the XP bar

I can’t believe you even removed how we can view our damn progress. You people are going overboard.

We have MAJOR adjustments like Necro and Shaman charm being completely skipped over but we’re still getting stupid shit like this that serves absolutely no purpose aside from frustrating people’s ability to play the game and enjoy it.

At least make it a god damn toggle for people so that those who want to play with both hands tied behind their back can and leave the rest of us in peace.

Every fun thing that classic should be is quickly being removed and all you do is go”It’s classic!” Except you don’t even play by your own justification when it suits you, you just do what you want and damn the people who like things or want things that are PROVEN to be classic but don’t put them in because YOU don’t like them.

In all seriousness people like you are the people who are here for all the wrong reasons. You want every broken, stupid, or little known mechanic put in the game as long as it is broken and you can benefit from it. You want to keep every modern quality of life feature to remain for your convenience. You have no interest in actually experiencing a classic EQ server as it was meant to be played.

If how things are do not appeal to you, you are free to put the server behind you and move on. No one will question you and no one will beg for you to come back. Just enjoy the ride man. You missed the real race 20 years ago. Just enjoy the server for what it is.

This is exactly what I’m talking about. You just barraged me for wanting things that are classic in, yet your justification for removing the blue xo bar is because it was that way in classic. That’s extremely hypocritical.

Now I get that there are people who want things in to benefit or profit from it but before you go and accuse me of that (which you just did by the way) you should look at my post history. The only things I have wanted was the freedom to use a User interface, the blue experience bar, rubicite bp added to the list andNecros and shamans getting charm. Why did I want these? So I can view the game interface how I like it, see he exp I gain more easily, get a rubi bp because they’re pretty and because Charm on Necro and shaman would be very fun and a whole new experience.

So no, I reject that you just lumped me in with people who want to abuse Things, I just will not accept that you guys are allowed to reject things because you don’t like them when they’re proven to be classic and then make changes to others “because classic”.

It hurts NOBODY to see their experience bar more easily but you made the change and it bothers me because there’s no positive reason for doing that. At least nilbog replied to my Necro Nd dhaman charm thread and cited that it was a balance issue and one they don’t have time to test the ramifications of in time. This serves no purpose like that.

I say again, at least make t a toggle so that people who do like it can turn it on and let those who don’t have it off.
