When can we reserve char names? Or pre-make characters.. whatever you wanna call it.

All of my chars are on Red. Wondering if my char names will be reserved by someone else on the blue server... =/

Well since they wiped one hundred and eighty thousand names a couple of days ago, there's probably a good selection available provided you make some on blue now.
