i've done this over 20 times... talk to the chick on the island to make the sentry spawn. swim out to garg island, and hail the sentry. ask her about the words in [ ]... "what boat disaster?" and "what is a potion of marr?". DO NOT GIVE HER A POTION- if you do, she will try to fight specs, and you'll have to kill them to keep her alive. wait a few minutes, and she'll run away, up to the specs. after 12 minutes or so, she'll disappear. i usually keep her targeted and sit and play gems, heehee, when she's not targeted anymore, she's gone... then, simply invis vs. undead, run up to where she was standing, and the DW harpoon will be on the ground- looks like a big stick laying between a few specs.

Clearly it is a bug and not the designers intent, but it seems like:
/say "what is a potion of marr?" - This causes her to walk up and eventually drop the item
giving her the potion - This causes her to aggro the Spectres.
