How about 0% exp boost till 1 year after velious. That is true classic.

I genuinely hope there are no bonus exp events for the lifespan of green. Leave it to be the wholesome classic experience it is supposed to be. I am fine with Blue getting exp events at this point because blue has reached maturity.
