Being that the wiki is up-to-date with current blue content, is there anyone that has any knowledge of quests that will be available on green?

Most of them? Epics are out until Kunark. Sol Ro not for a few months. There are a lot of Blackburrow quest items that I don't think even exist in the Blue timeline, so they're out. Just check the wiki. Most of the vanilla area quests should be relatively valid.
