I would suggest your friend make another forum account, then post his problem in the petition section

IMO admins usually don't prioritize account service requests from third parties.
Myself, I created three new loginserver accounts last night, and this morning I can only get into one. The other two are giving me the db-password issue which I'm pretty sure is on their end. So I'm thinking there is some kind of db sync issue going on.
