Game Mechanics: Spellcaster specialization should not be in place until June 1999 patch era

Ah. It seems Specialization was briefly trainable but then removed from the trainers entirely until it was fully implemented.

They removed the skill from the trainer until it gets implemented. Training points devoted to the skill won't be lost, and it should be implemented within a couple of weeks.
