You might try deleting (or renaming, as a backup) the character-specific .ini file, eg. Loramin_project1999.ini.
You'll lose settings that are specific to that character, like friends and macros, but it might help if that file is somehow messed up.

Thanks for the response!
If you're referring to the files UI_Olgruk_project1999.ini than I already tried that...sorry I forgot to mention that. Unless there is a different file without the "UI" in front, but if there is I don't know where to find it. | ||
