I have been playing this game for this long and still have no idea what this thing is

it's probably not a nazar because

1) it doesn't look anything like a nazar
2) nazars are amulets and that's a mask

Yeah, I agree its probably not, it's just all I could find. It does look like a nazar because it has a big eye on it, and so do nazars. I don't think the enchanter thingy is a mask.
