The entire point of dkp is you earn it to spend as you see fit. Its not like the epic is being bought on credit that won't be repaid.
Switching guilds to be in an environment that assists accomplishing your goals seems sensible. The real allegation that sticks is a possibility of dual guilding, which i believe many leaderships frown on or even disallow. | ||

If you dual guild you're scum flat out.
Only exception is playing an alt in some special ruleset guild with self imposed restrictions like progression guilds.
