It wasn't designed to fit into the busy schedule of all the things you describe. Thank god, even though it means I PERSONALLY do not get all the loot as I have things to be doing. The game isn't meant to cater to me, to love me tenderly and stroke my cock. Those game considerations came later as my generation grew up and started wanting games to suit their new lifestyles.
