Just putting in my two cents, I'm a big fan of these policies. No boxing!!

Sidenote: At first I thought the OP was saying that people should be able to be logged onto Green and also logged onto Blue at the same time (which I also don't like the idea of) but it seems like OP was saying people should be able to have two characters logged into Blue at the same time?
