Update to this.
https://wiki.project1999.com/Hogcaller%27s_Inn Handing in White Wine to Lady Shae has allowed me to raise all factions needed. It is annoying but she was indifferent when Pandos was scowling. Can hand in 4 at a time for 4 faction hits, she does path away to complete part of her quest lore but can continue to hand in without needing any further triggers. | ||
