One side has to win unilaterally for any type/kind/acceleration progress to be made.
Even after winning, the likely outcomes are that: The wait time for anything big is going to be 5+ years.
Really sick (((undesirable))) people who will not get better will get substandard palliative care and end up costing taxpayers just as much money as they would if they kill themselves and involve EMS that will never get paid by (dead people).
I don't know what the else to fuckin say. I am happy becoming an angry shitlord monk. If I die from starvation, the EMS doesn't need to get involved.
